Chapter 1 · The Island
Born between two worlds
Aruba shaped me before I even understood what shaping meant. The light, the warmth, the rhythm of the island, it was the first frequency I ever tuned into.
Growing up between Aruba and the Netherlands, I learned early that identity isn't a fixed thing. It's something you navigate, question, and eventually, if you're willing, something you choose.
Chapter 2 · The Dark
I was chasing everything except myself
In my early twenties I was driven by image. Sales. Nightlife. Status. I built a version of success that looked real from the outside, but felt hollow from within. Alcohol became the bridge between who I was and who I thought I needed to be.
The bottom came quietly. Not a dramatic collapse, but a moment of stillness so deep I couldn't ignore it anymore. That silence was the beginning of everything.
Chapter 3 · The Mentors
The teachers who changed everything
My primary mentor. A master of NLP, Human Design and the psychology of transformation. He gave me the framework that became OYV.
Communication, presence and leadership. Kent taught me how to bring what was inside into the room, and speak so it lands.

The systems
Healing gave me myself back. Systems gave me my freedom.
After the turn I was a snorkeling tour guide. Broke, living on tips, still with no real control. The inner work was real, but I had peace and no options. I still could not choose.
Then it clicked. Everything is a system. The people winning were not smarter, they stood inside better ones. So I rebuilt mine from the inside out, and that sequence became the four vibes.

The message needed to travel. I took it everywhere, from corporate boardrooms to spiritual retreats, from Amsterdam to Bali to Aruba to Latin America. Each place taught me something the last one couldn't.
Chapter 5 · The Inner Journey
The work that made the work possible
Breathwork. Meditation. Somatic healing. Sacred plant medicine. Energy work. These weren't detours on the path, they were the path. You can't help others go somewhere you haven't been willing to go yourself.
Bali gave me the deepest integration. The stillness. The community. The seasons of rest that only made the seasons of action more powerful.
One truth kept surfacing
Everything outside reflects what's happening inside. Change the frequency within, and the world outside reorganizes. So within, so without.
The rewiring
Every piece of the OYV method came from living it first. The Inner Vibe work came from my own healing. The Outer Vibe work came from learning to speak when silence felt safer. The Digital and World Wide work came from building while scared.
I didn't design the system. I discovered it, by walking through it myself, first.
Chapter 6 · The Teachers

The greatest investment I ever made was learning from those who had already walked the path. Not just their methods, but their presence.

The awakening that changed the mission
At some point in the journey, the work stopped being about self-improvement and started being about something much larger. A reconnection with the divine. A remembering that we are not separate from Source, we are an expression of it.
This is what OYV is ultimately built on: the belief that raising your vibration is a spiritual act. That healing yourself ripples into every room you enter, every relationship you hold, every person you serve.

All of it became one system
The OYV Method is the result of a decade of living, healing, building and teaching. It's not a theory, it's a map drawn from real terrain. Every tool in it is something I've used myself, tested in the field, and refined through thousands of sessions.
